About our Support services

  • Our website is an all in one page website. This means all of the information on the website is on a single webpage, and you can use the links in the top menu to navigate quickly around the page to different sections. On smaller screens the top menu is displayed as two orange lines that open into the full menu when you click on them.

    The only exception to this is a separate page with additional detailed information about session pricing, which you can access via the link in the pricing section.

  • Golden Vibes offers online support work services. This includes video call, phone call, text, and email based support work aimed to meet the diverse and unique needs of our clients.

  • We specialise in working with neurodivergent folks, however we welcome anyone who feels like a gentle and inclusive space would be helpful for them.

    We offer a free 15 minute vibe check phone or video call as an option for anyone who would prefer the opportunity to check if we feel like a good fit to support you before organising any ongoing paid sessions. You can book a vibe check call through our online booking system here.

  • Support in sessions can be adapted to suit what is going to feel most helpful for you at the time.

    Some folks come with a plan already in place for what they want to work on in the session, some folks don’t know where to start, and other folks fall somewhere in the middle with a bit of an idea to start with that we can expand on from there.

    Things we can consider when planning support can include your needs, your capacity, any goals that you are working on, and any new skills that you are practicing.

    If you feel like some support would be helpful but you’re not sure what to ask for or how to ask for it, we can help in exploring that with you.

  • Sessions lengths are offered from 30 minutes upwards, and can be booked through our online booking system here, or by contacting us via phone, text, email, or our contact form (click here to jump to our contact details).

  • You can reschedule or cancel your booked appointment up to 48 hours prior to your appointment start time by using the link that is included in the confirmation and reminder email for the appointment.

    If you need to make any changes to your booked appointment within 48 hours of the appointment start time, please contact us using the details in the Contact Us section here.

  • Both our private and NDIS funded support work sessions are charged based on the NDIS price guide, and you can find a summary of the session prices by scrolling to the next section or clicking here.

  • If appointments are being paid privately or through NDIS self managed funding

    Payments are automatically processed shortly after the session start time, and you will receive a completed invoice soon after the end of the session.
    Credit card details are held on file to process payment for sessions and are securely stored in Halaxy according to their Privacy Policy.
    If you do not wish to include your card details on file, please note that session payment will need to be completed via other means, such as direct deposit, prior to the start of the appointment.


    If sessions are being paid through NDIS plan managed funding

    We will send session invoices to your plan manager for payment processing. 

Support session pricing

Support work can be funded privately, or through Core or Capacity Building NDIS funding. The session fee will depend on the funding source and/or support funding category used to pay for the session. Both face-to-face and non-face-to-face services are charged in 6 minute/0.1 hour increments.

Support work session charges will also include a small non-face-to-face fee for note writing following the session, which will add approximately 0.1-0.2 hours to the session fee depending on the complexity of the session note. You can ask to have note writing time included in your session instead and we will finish up 6-12 minutes earlier to account for note writing time.

Non-face-to-face support work that occurs outside of set session times (such as letter writing and resource sharing) will be charged in 6 minute/0.1 hour increments at the normal session rate for you and the day of the week.

  • Weekday - $70.23/60 minutes

  • Saturday - $98.83/60 minutes

  • Sunday - $127.43/60 minutes

  • Public Holiday - $156.03/60 minutes


NDIS Capacity Building funding

  • $80.06/60 minutes


Privately funded

  • Weekday - $80.06/60 minutes

  • Saturday - $98.83/60 minutes

  • Sunday - $127.43/60 minutes

  • Public Holiday - $156.03/60 minutes

Medicare

Unfortunately, Medicare does not provide rebates for support work at present, to the best of our knowledge.

Availability

Kimberlee has current availability to support new clients.

She offers support sessions Friday through Monday each week, and is able to work with privately funded and Plan or Self Managed NDIS funded clients.

about golden vibes

Golden Vibes was created and is run by Kimberlee Smee, a late diagnosed AuDHDer with aphantastia and way too much personal experience with Autistic Burnout for her liking.

Kimberlee is also an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Credentialled Eating Disorder Clinician with a further Bachelor of Psychological Science. Through ongoing professional development Kimberlee has continued to grow her counselling skillset and applies her therapeutic knowledge in both her Support and Dietetic Work. Please note, Kimberlee only offers Support Work here at Golden Vibes.

Kimberlee started Golden Vibes as she is able to use her professional knowledge and skills to offer gentle and flexible support to folks navigating a complex world, and she has found huge value in accessing her own support throughout her journey being AuDHD.

She brings her whole heart to her work supporting clients, and is always aiming to adapt herself and her skills to best meet the unique needs of each individual client. She quite honestly can’t think of a better way to spend her days than supporting folks to feel more comfortable being themselves and helping to make it easier to live the life they want to. It’s an incredible privilege and she’s endlessly grateful that she has the opportunity to do this kind of work.

Some might say she is an overly enthusiastic pet mum, but she doesn’t believe it’s actually possible to love your pets too much. She also enjoys big soft toys, writing a good book, drawing a webcomic or two, romping through the bush, and working on her project car.

Oh, and rainbows, she freaking loves rainbows.
