Our website is an all in one page website. This means all of the information on the website is on a single webpage, and you can use the links in the top menu to navigate quickly around the page to different sections. On smaller screens the top menu is displayed as two orange lines that open into the full menu when you click on them.
The only exception to this is a separate page with additional detailed information about session pricing, which you can access via the link in the pricing section.

Kimberlee offers dietetic care for eating disorders, nutrition concerns, and body image support, as well as online support work services.
Dietetic care can be in person at Pymble or Erina, or via video or phone call.
Online support work is offered via video call, phone call, text, and email. -
Kimberlee focuses her professional practice on working with neurodivergent folks both for dietetic care and support work, however she welcomes anyone who feels like a gentle and inclusive space would be helpful for them.

Support in sessions can be adapted to suit what is going to feel most helpful for you at the time.
Some folks come with a plan already in place for what they want to work on in the session, some folks don’t know where to start, and other folks fall somewhere in the middle with a bit of an idea to start with that we can expand on from there.
Things we can consider when planning support can include your needs, your capacity, the challenges you’re experiencing, any goals that you are working on, and any new skills that you are practicing.

Dietetic care sessions are offered for either 60 or 90 minutes.
Support work sessions lengths are offered from 30 minutes to 2 hours.

For both dietetic and support work appointments
You can reschedule or cancel your booked appointment up to 48 hours prior to your appointment start time by using the link that is included in the confirmation and reminder email for the appointment.
If you need to make any changes to your booked appointment within 48 hours of the appointment start time, please contact us using the details in the Contact Us section here.

Session prices for both dietetics and support work appointments change based on the length of the session.
NDIS funded dietetics and support work are charged based on the NDIS price guide.
Privately funded dietetic support services may also be eligible for Medicare rebates.

For both dietetic and support work appointments
If appointments are being paid privately or through NDIS self managed funding
Payments are automatically processed shortly after the session start time, and you will receive a completed invoice soon after the end of the session.
Credit card details are held on file to process payment for sessions and are securely stored in Halaxy according to their Privacy Policy.
If you do not wish to include your card details on file, please note that session payment will need to be completed via other means, such as direct deposit, prior to the start of the appointment.
If sessions are being paid through NDIS plan managed fundingWe will send session invoices to your plan manager for payment processing.

Privately Funded Dietetic Service Fees - Including Medicare and private health fund rebate information
Dietetics support sessions can be funded fully privately, or you may be eligible for either a private health fund rebate, or a Medicare rebate under a GP Management Plan (GPMP) or an Eating Disorder Plan (EDP) following payment of your invoice.
To find out if you are eligible for private health fund rebates you will need to review your health fund plan to see if nutrition/dietetics is covered and/or contact your individual fund provider.
Eligibility for a GP Management Plan (GPMP) or Eating Disorder Plan (EDP) is assessed by your GP. If you have an active GPMP or EDP, Golden Vibes is able to automatically process Medicare rebates for you if we have your Medicare card and care plan details on file.
At present the Medicare rebate amount for dietetics is $63.40 for an appointment of minimum 20 minutes length. Once you reach the relevant Medicare Safety Net Threshold for you, your rebate amount may increase up to $74.55 + 80% of the remaining out of pocket cost. NDIS Funded Dietetic Service Fees - Item codes and pricing
All NDIS funded dietetic services are charged at $178.99/60 minutes, with the price of different session lengths provided below.
30 minutes - $89.49
60 minutes/1 hour - $178.99
90 minutes/1.5 hours - $268.48
120 minutes/2 hours - $357.98
Please note all NDIS funded dietetic services may also include a clinical documentation charge of 6-12 minutes/0.1-0.2 hours - $17.89-$35.79. Support work can be funded privately, or through Core or Capacity Building NDIS funding. The session fee will depend on the funding source and/or support funding category used to pay for the session. Both face-to-face and non-face-to-face services are charged in 6 minute/0.1 hour increments.
Support work session charges will also include a small non-face-to-face fee for note writing following the session, which will add approximately 0.1-0.3 hours to the session fee depending on the complexity of the session note. You can ask to have note writing time included in your session instead and we will finish up 6-18 minutes earlier to account for note writing time.
Non-face-to-face support work that occurs outside of set session times (such as clinical documentation and resource sharing) will be charged in 6 minute/0.1 hour increments at the normal session rate for you and the day of the week.

MedicareUnfortunately, Medicare does not provide rebates for support work at present, to the best of our knowledge.
Availability
Kimberlee has current availability to support new clients for both nutrition/dietetics and online support work.
She offers sessions Monday through Thursday each week, and is able to work with privately funded (including with Medicare rebates for dietetics), and Plan or Self Managed NDIS funded clients.
If you would prefer an in person session, Kimberlee is available on Monday each week at her Pymble office, and fortnightly on a Thursday afternoon at her Erina office.

about Kimberlee
Golden Vibes was created and is run by Kimberlee Smee, a late diagnosed AuDHDer with aphantastia and way too much personal experience with Autistic Burnout for her liking.
Kimberlee is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Credentialled Eating Disorder Clinician with a further Bachelor of Psychological Science. Through ongoing professional development Kimberlee has continued to grow her counselling skillset and applies her therapeutic knowledge in both her Support and Dietetic Work.
Kimberlee started Golden Vibes as she is able to use her professional knowledge and skills to offer gentle and flexible support to folks navigating a complex world, and she has found huge value in accessing her own support throughout her journey being AuDHD.
She brings her whole heart to her work supporting clients, and is always aiming to adapt herself and her skills to best meet the unique needs of each individual client. She quite honestly can’t think of a better way to spend her days than supporting folks to feel more comfortable being themselves and helping to make it easier to live the life they want to. It’s an incredible privilege and she’s endlessly grateful that she has the opportunity to do this kind of work.
Some might say she is an overly enthusiastic pet mum, but she doesn’t believe it’s actually possible to love your pets too much. She also enjoys big soft toys, writing a good book, drawing a webcomic or two, romping through the bush, and working on her project car.
Oh, and rainbows, she freaking loves rainbows.
